Tim Tebow College Stats and achievements.

Tim Tebow spent his college career, playing for the University of Florida. When playing for Florida he was awarded the Heisman Trophy his sophomore year, the Heisman Trophy is known the most honorable award to receive as a college football player. He also places 3rd in the running for the Heisman Trophy his Junior year, and 5th in the running his Senior year. People all throughout Tim Tebow's career stated that "all he could do was run the ball, and that he should not be a quarter back." Tim Tebow showed that not only he could run, he could also throw the ball. Tim Tebow his sophomore year was able to complete 234 passes for a total of  3,286 yards! That is a great amount of yards for a quarterback who can only "run the ball". Also Tim Tebow's Junior year he was able to get a total of 192 completions for 2,746 yards. Tim Tebow's senior he was able to complete 213 passes, for a total of 2,895 yards. As previously stated in this blog, Tim Tebow was mainly known for is amazing ability of rushing the ball from the quarter back position. His year of winning the Heisman, he took 210 rushing attempts and was able to gain a total of 895 yards on the season! This is an amazing number of rushing yards coming from a quarter back. Although his Sophomore year was the year he won the Heisman, and had 895 rushing yards. Tim Tebow topped his sophomore year record of, his senior year taking 217 rushing attempts for a gain of 910 total yards! As shown by all these stats, you can see Tim Tebow was not only a good rushing quarterback, but could also throw the ball.
